How to Play Airsoft

What is airsoft? How to Play Airsoft?

It's basically paintball but with guns that shoot little plastic balls about the size of a BB. This means you'll go running around similar fields but with guns that look more like simulations of "real" guns but with bright orange plastic to demonstrate they are fake.

On the surface it seems like this game should be just like paintball but it isn't. Instead it's completely different. Mainly because it's much easier to cheat. In paintball you have to "wipe" the paint splatter in order to cheat, otherwise the evidence is there for all the world to see. But in Airsoft the ball hits you, flies off and that's the end of the marking. When people can "bend" the rules to win they will and so tournaments with airsoft died quickly although the guns are still A LOT of fun to play around with. I mean you can shoot people without hurting them, so you can shoot all you want.

Take it up for fun be realize that paintball is a sport and airsoft is a past time.
